I took my Level 2 PT course online and I'm almost done with my Level 3 in person, both with Liz as my instructor. The online portion was a bit tougher for me, but I felt really supported the whole time thanks to Liz's regular check-ins. Choosing to do my Level 3 face-to-face was a fantastic choice. Liz has really dived deep into the material with our small group and has dedicated time to help each of us grow our coaching skills. Honestly, I wouldn't be as confident as I am now without her! I'm looking forward to tackling my Level 4 nutrition next. Totally recommend it! :)

Liz Shaw, my tutor, is truly a gem! The support and motivation she provided during the course made my time at the training room way better than I ever thought it could be. I really hit the jackpot having her as my tutor. Her expertise in personal training and dance is impressive, and her way of teaching is top-notch! I kicked off my course in February 2020, but soon lost my drive to finish it. After reaching out to my tutor, I found out that they had left the company. Honestly, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I got assigned to Mark Fox as my new tutor, and he was always there when I needed help. He responded to my questions super fast and graded my assignments often on the same day. Thanks to his support, I managed to wrap up my level 3 in personal training in just about 2 weeks. I couldn't have done it without Mark keeping me focused. The course modules are straightforward to follow, especially with everything laid out on Google Docs. I wholeheartedly recommend this company, especially Mark. I can't thank him enough!

This has got to be one of the most frustrating companies I've ever dealt with. Sure, they say you have a year to finish each module and 16 months overall, but life happens. I had some serious personal issues, which I explained, and I just couldn't complete the course (dealing with mental health struggles and a suicide attempt). After I got my head back on straight, I reached out for an extension, knowing others had received them before. But the reply I got was a real letdown. They said they’re in administration now and can’t grant any extensions, even though I’m already enrolled and not trying to sign up as a new student. Because of this, I lost access to all the other modules and coursework. It feels like I’m just tossing my money away on a company that’s a total joke. Honestly, I’m beyond upset and disappointed—it's an understatement. I’m seriously thinking about taking legal action and pushing this as far as I can. This company is nothing but daylight robbers, probably laughing all the way to the bank.

I had an incredible time taking my Personal Trainer course in Bristol with Liz Shaw! I'd suggest it to anyone looking to get into this field. Liz ran the course like a pro; she's super knowledgeable and always ready to help. She made everything enjoyable, easy to grasp, and totally worth it. I really loved every moment of it. I'm pumped to advance my qualifications in just 6 weeks!

I kicked off the PT course for levels 2 and 3 in person on the 16th in Bristol, and it was truly fantastic. Our instructor, Liz, was super helpful and knowledgeable, guiding us through each step to ensure we passed.

There’s a fair bit of work to tackle at home, but everything was clearly laid out, and the company offered loads of resources and info to help us finish the assignments.

Overall, it was an awesome experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to pursue a PT course.

Having signed up for the course back in August 2021, I've come to the conclusion that the software engineering program has been a total waste of my time and cash. Recently, I found out I couldn't take the Java exam because the Pearson voucher had expired in November, even though it clearly states the expiry is at the end of February. At first, I couldn't sit for the HTML/CSS exam online because the proctoring system needed a clearer webcam; they couldn't see my passport, so I was barred from taking the test. I've done other online exams and met their security checks without a hitch, sending my passport as a photo. The platform used for the courses was glitchy and felt more like an online textbook with a few videos thrown in. To top it off, my instructor bailed halfway through, and the company didn’t bother to let me know. Plus, the Python exam is just a basic fundamentals test; the qualification isn’t worth much. Over £1500 wasted.

I’m really not happy with the course I’ve been taking. At first, it looked promising, but as time went on, I realized it’s not what it appeared to be. There’s zero interaction from the tutor after the initial stages, and no one checks in to see how you’re doing. Plus, there’s no reminder that you’re getting close to the end of the module. Due to some unexpected personal issues, I couldn’t complete the course as quickly as I wanted, but I didn’t get any kind of heads-up about the approaching deadline or any follow-up from the tutor who was supposed to be monitoring progress. What really blew my mind is that the tests are available online for free, word for word. I get that it’s a self-paced course, but a little communication from the tutor, like an email, would’ve been nice. All in all, I’m left feeling pretty let down, giving it a 3 out of 10.

I just wrapped up my level 3 qualification using a hybrid learning approach, and I couldn't have done it without my tutor Hasit. He was fantastic throughout the whole process—super knowledgeable, quick to reply, and always had the answers I needed. Now, it's time to tackle level 4!

These online courses are truly the best I've ever encountered. My instructor, Kerry, has been incredibly helpful and supportive, giving me timely feedback and addressing all the questions I've thrown her way. Huge thanks to you, Kerry, for all your help! :))))

I began my accelerated level 2/3 Personal Trainer program in person before the pandemic hit, with my instructor Mark Fox. About halfway through, the pandemic struck, and I totally lost my drive to finish the course. A few months back, I reached out to Mark to figure out what I needed to do to wrap things up. I was transitioned to the online format, and Mark kept on supporting me throughout the process. His guidance and assistance were absolutely priceless, and I can't recommend this course enough, especially Mark.

This course is poorly designed and lacks quality. Gaining access was a real struggle, and the support was pretty minimal, to say the least. After finally dealing with access problems and reaching out for help, I was told it was a problem on my side, so I was left to figure it out myself.

I had a fantastic time overall! I was a bit nervous about signing up since there’s a ton of options available, but I’m really happy I chose this course. My instructor, Luke, was amazing! His expertise and deep understanding were truly impressive. I’m really thankful for his support and patience while teaching us. I picked up so much and had a blast during the in-person sessions! Cheers!

This company is nothing but a bunch of crooks. They lock you into a contract and then chase you down like a dog if you miss a payment, seriously calling your phone and making veiled threats. Just steer clear of them. There are plenty of free or at least more affordable courses available. Trust me, if you go with these folks, you’ll regret it.

And those 'positive' reviews? Yeah, they’re likely just paid shills. Don’t buy into them, even if they respond to this. It’s all part of their con to reel in new victims.

In response to their reply: Maybe if you had actually emailed me when you asked for my contact info on Trustpilot, I could’ve shared more details, right?

They owe me cash or my credentials. My course got canceled not once, but TWICE, and no extension was offered... Now I'm reading reviews that say they’ve gone under? My tutor just up and left without a word!

They claim this isn’t accurate, but it is - my course was axed two times, and I didn’t get any extension. Amanda, my tutor, bailed without any notice - I was in touch with her and had no clue my course was 'over.'

Looks like others are feeling the same way.

I’m gearing up to take this to Small Claims Court and maybe even the media.
